My family and I have been patient here for the past 10 years and more. While I have been very happy with the service and care provided by the doctor and nurse, I am very disappointed with the way the administration and booking system was held. The reception staff are rude and bot thoughtful.

Everytime I need to make appointments, I was told to call back the next day in the morning at 8.30, I am a working mom with two young kids, everyone who is in my shoes know 8.30am is a school rush hour, who have the time to make a doctor appointment at this time.
