This review could’ve gone differently, but thanks to the great customer service and prompt action from your front desk team, I’m happy. I had a connecting room, despite requesting a quote room. I was going to try to tough it out, but decided to call down due to the noise and they immediately moved me - no questions asked. Also offered to help me move my stuff over.
