Unsanitary and inconvenient. Check-in was very difficult. The valet parking garage only appeared to have one person working during the 3 p.m. check-in rush. We waited in the left turn lane in front of the hotel for more than 25 minutes waiting for enough room to open up inside the parking garage (which fits about three cars in the entryway). Room was hot . No fans to bring up is not smart.
I recently stayed at this hotel and was charged $580/night. Using the Hilton app, I requested a room on the 16th floor. Upon check in, was told that it was no longer available and was given a room on the 6th floor. A room with a view of a brick wall with extremely dirty windows. Plus, the bathroom door does not close properly which made my son’s girlfriend very uncomfortable.
