Bruce Simmons did a reverse mortgage for me a couple of years ago. I saw a couple of other reverse mortgage brokers and decided to go with him because I was not pleased with the other brokers I talked to. He explained everything in detail with me and it took me a while to understand the process. He was patient and helped me get the best reverse mortgage I could get. I recommend him with 5 stars.
