I am so thankful Celia Zaharas referred me to Bruce Simmons to learn about and apply for a reverse mortgage. I can not emphasize how awesome and professional Bruce was for me during my reverse mortage. He made it so easy for me as he basically walked me thru step by step of the process and never left me with any doubt, questions, or fear. He was my rock throughout this whole process! Bruce Simmons did a reverse mortgage for me a couple of years ago. I saw a couple of other reverse mortgage brokers and decided to go with him because I was not pleased with the other brokers I talked to. He explained everything in detail with me and it took me a while to understand the process. He was patient and helped me get the best reverse mortgage I could get. I recommend him with 5 stars. I highly recommend him. You will not be dissapointed. I know that I can call him any time with questions about my reverse mortgage.

This is the person you want! Mr. Simmons handled the Reverse Mortgage for my blind sister in Colorado Springs and you cannot find a better person. His customer service is impeccable and everything is handled professionally and expeditiously. But his most outstanding feature is he doesn't forget you the moment the loan goes through. Over the years many things changed and Bruce was always there and happy to answer our questions. He is truely the best in his field.

I've had a reverse mortgage for 5 years now, and I thank Bruce every month for facilitating this great product. As I grow older and many things become more difficult, this product provides security and eases the stress. THANKS AGAIN BRUCE!
