this was the best thing I've ever done.. Bruce and his assistant were great to work with.. we moved thru the system seamlessly.. being able to get me a line of credit took me back to a credit score from the 500s to 850..Bruce had a spot on the radio and did a great job of explaining the reverse mortgage and in person he was great
