I love detoxing and rejuvenating my body in the sauna and all the equipment here.
I highly recommend this experience. I bought my infrared sauna less than 2 years ago and it changed my life. This place is great, if you haven't checked it out, get in there. Extremely clean and comfortable place to get your wellness on.
I took my five year old daughter in today, who has been really sick for about a week. She is now feeling much better and hopefully on her way back to being her old self again. We will be back tomorrow to keep the ball rolling!
I love this place. I have even got my grandmother to start coming to help with the inflammation in her knees. She has already been reporting that the pain has lessened. Woo hop
