RecommendedThis spa is fantastic! The energy in the building is calm and soothing. The treatments are effective and healing and the sauna is amazing. Diane is so very kind and knowledgeable and always willing to help with my never ending questions. After every visit i feel relaxed, energized and ready to take on the word again.
I had a great time during my 3 hour cleanse! I loved my photo facial, and the infrared saunas are clean and lovely.... really enjoyed watching a DVD on brain health while I was in the sauna!
I love this place! Come in heavy and leave our refreshed to the point its visibly noticeable. To make it better my energy is always soaring when I leave here! Diane is the best and I highly recommend this establishment

I am obsessed with this place! Diane is very very knowledgeable and makes you feel right at home from day 1. I have learned so much from her already! The infrared saunas are sooo amazing... I have been going for about 2 weeks pretty consistently and I definitely notice a change in how I feel daily and how I'm sleeping. I love that I'm able to utilize the photo facial units as part of my membership rather than paying a ridiculous amount somewhere else for 1 session! I found this place by chance...if you haven’t been here, you should be. I came here specifically to detox and clean up my skin conditions. Well after only a few sauna treatments and Photon facials my skin looks and feels amazing. She also offers many products to take home so you can clean up your home air and water. For anyone who just wants to feel better and have lots of energy this place is a must! Diane is very knowledgeable about all the difference’s with “other” sauna systems.
