Had to go fill our own water glasses. When we asked for a server we were told by a very rude waitress that the bartender was in charge of our group because some had ordered drinks at the bar and when we asked to speak to a manager we were told that the manager had left for the night. Which apparently allows the waitress free reign to insult customers. I would never recommend this establishment-poor customer service -would not go back.
Poor and insulting service to our group of 25+ tonight. Couldn't get a server b/c some of our group went to bar to order drinks. Kitchen went out? Still wanted to order drinks for group that remained - first told us we were on benches and had to be at tables. Moved to table and then we still couldn't get a server. One of the waitresses from a neighboring table told us to comment on Yelp, Facebook, Twitter about how awful their service was - she didn't care. But for some reason she wouldn't give us her name. I've been here several times and it's a St Pattys Day tradition every year for longer then I can remember. The food is great, the staff rocks and the atmosphere is the best.
Fast service and the fish fry was great. Lots of TV's if you need to watch sports when out. Great selection of beers too.
Outstanding Service! Excellent Food! Great Atmosphere! Very kid friendly! Can't wait to go back!
