Akwetey and Alexis have made my son’s life, and mine better. Reverence behavioral provided my son with quality of life, changing TMS therapy. He used to live in a dark place. I have been a patient of Dr. Akrong for 4 years now and when he recommended I try PrTMS I was a bit hesitant because of the commitment and length of treatment. However, my experience with the TMS technician was nothing short of wonderful. Alexis did an incredible job of explaining the process and making sure I was comfortable during each scan and treatment. The customer service here is garbage. DO NOT rely on these people for your mental health. I recommend finding any other place besides this one. There are so many choices, and this place should absolutely be skipped over. They refused to fill an emergency prescription for my medicine after cutting it off, even after I set up an appointment to see one of their doctors. Even my pharmacist calling and telling them I need this medication, they seem perfectly happy to let me withdraw and suffer, even though it was their own cleric... read more
