I got into an argument with the office lady her name is Susan late at night which she also lives here threaten me that she works in the office and that it was best for me to go inside my apartment all because of a parking space. We had no problems at the beginning until this lady started working here. She also told me she couldn’t wait till I move out. Never had any problems with my neighbors. The office clearly shows that they just hire anyone. That is no kind of way to talk to resident

Hmm so I was a faithful tenant for 4 years. They charged me once for actions not of my own and instead of learning from it stayed in their rundown shacks for another two years (faithful to my lease)- now I get another bill after moving out 5 months from a collection agency on their behalf for charges of almost 400 dollars not specified. I am very disappointed by this action and would recommend no one ever live there.

Poor management� and people that don't live here come jump in your pool. But it's fenced-in got a wall around the place. So what do I pay for �don't nothing get fixed. 3 weeks ago I had water in my living room about 2 inches. Carpet all messed up from standing water .���� The children have no playground they collect about 350,000 a month or more for this whole complex!!!!? It's time to move on. I'm in the wrong area.

They lied about the hot tub, but other than that its a pretty good place. Other than some Bea Bea residence.
