Our Apt building 10 years in Worcester was taken over by a different landlord and went downhill; bad type people moved in, flooding the building with water, drugs, thieves... Mold and in hospital with bleeding hives. Moved to rooming house, 53 stairs and breathing neighbors drug fumes, cocaine lab; shaking all over. Applied to Revere Housing Authority.
