Not impressed with the people answering the phones. Not diligent or helpful. Felt my problems were dismissed, wouldn’t get me a referral, just kept telling me to go to primary care doc. Why go to a specialist just to get sent back to primary care???
Doctor / Surgeon was very cordial and a good listener. Five stars!
I highly recommend Dr Armstrong. He takes the time to explain everything and is very professional. Everyone in his office was very nice and helpful.
Good clinic, I'd say this though, I can tell they mostly work with older folks, as a younger women I felt a little rushed and could tell I was a bit of an anomaly there, but they are VERY THROUGH and helped me figure things out!
I'd say the physician assistant her name is Samantha!!! she had no clue what she was doing! I came in after an ER visit due to severe kidney pain, the ER doctor was very very concerned for my kidneys and how they weren't working very well and advised me to get in with a urologist ASAP.. So I was put in with the NP SHE seemed to have 0 concern about my kidneys and she said she wanted to treat for a UTI.
