Their billing department is terrible, and nobody you can call can actually help you.
They have a 15 minute late policy for their patients but the patient can wait who knows how long to be seen. I waited to see the physician for 45 minutes in the waiting room just be be put on another room when I complained. After another 10 minutes I gave up. And they ask why people hate going to the doctor, the receptionist still gave me a dirt look when I complained.
Not impressed with the people answering the phones. Not diligent or helpful. Felt my problems were dismissed, wouldn’t get me a referral, just kept telling me to go to primary care doc. Why go to a specialist just to get sent back to primary care???
Doctor / Surgeon was very cordial and a good listener. Five stars!
I highly recommend Dr Armstrong. He takes the time to explain everything and is very professional. Everyone in his office was very nice and helpful.
