I switched from this urology clinic and it was the best thing I did for my health. This clinic hit a dead end by the second visit and had no answers for me. They even refuted me on IV options. The other clinic I went to put me on IV and ordered imaging right away. This clinic also forgot to send in my urine test and forgot to fax a referral to another doctor.
I love this place. Have been there with my dad for moral support, today was seen as a patient. Everything starts with the people at the front desk and Irene is amazing!! I called to schedule an appointment and she was so helpful. When I have been in with my dad she is kind and professional. Their billing department is terrible, and nobody you can call can actually help you.
They have a 15 minute late policy for their patients but the patient can wait who knows how long to be seen. I waited to see the physician for 45 minutes in the waiting room just be be put on another room when I complained. After another 10 minutes I gave up. And they ask why people hate going to the doctor, the receptionist still gave me a dirt look when I complained.
Not impressed with the people answering the phones. Not diligent or helpful. Felt my problems were dismissed, wouldn’t get me a referral, just kept telling me to go to primary care doc. Why go to a specialist just to get sent back to primary care???
