I hate going to the doctor. I am agoraphobic and have severe PTSD. I came in today for a pulmonary test that I'd been dreading. The person who administered it was a handsome young man named Samuel who was so kind and calming and gentle. It went as well as it could have gone, and I felt as comfortable as I am able. Very good work.
This is the most inept office staff I have ever worked with. While the provider I saw was nice, if I didn’t have to restart the process I would transfer offices. After waiting more than two months for an initial appointment I was referred for an overnight sleep study. It took them over one month and multiple phone calls to get them to send the referral over to the sleep office. Very frustrated. I made an appointment all the way back in May virtually and was told they forgot about my appointment and laughed . I rescheduled for this August the 28th and finally got my appointment. I was told my prescription would be sent to Lincare in Orem . After a week I called and lincare never received it. I have called Revere 4 times of the last three weeks and was told it was sent to Alpine and now Orem. I was told once it was sent I would get a call back from the MA. Another week and no call. Shawn Hill is great! You just have to get past the receptionists to get to him and a great staff behind the reception desk. They appear to not want to be there. Some customer service training might help if it is applied. I imagine they are people just trying to get through their day, but literally ignoring the customer right in front of you isn't customary for good service...weird.
