This clinic does not follow up on anything. The main dr is great but you don’t get to see him only the first time. Any adjustments needed are not done and haven’t been done even when we call to follow up which we shouldn’t have to do.
Dr Al and his team have made my condition worse. I’m currently looking for a new doctor to treat my sleep apnea since this place has almost killed me. I’ve been leaving messages begging for help. No response. They send my prescription to alpine medical and after 5 weeks I still don’t have nasal pillow attachments. So they sent the prescription to Lincare. Went to see PA Bergman. She seemed nice. Saw me for low 02 sat in the 70s. She ordered test and scheduled to see me back after the test were done. From here it went down hill. I went back for the pulmonary function test and they canceled my appointment the same day. No one else could do it so they rescheduled me. I never got contacted for the sleep apnea test. The worst service!!!! I do not recommend going here
Lady on the phone told me 1:30 when it was at 1:15. I show up at 1:30 sharp after driving 30 minutes to my appointment and they tell me that I am a no show and I have to reschedule. What a ridiculous practice. Even if they told me the right time 15 minutes seems a bit aggressive to make someone reschedule. Very very disappointed in this practice. I will not be seen here again and I do not recommend them at all. Their waiting room was packed as a side note.
