Had a poor experience in clinic (interruptions, not listening to my concerns, upset at me for trying to understand the interpretation of the results of my sleep test) and shared feedback internally when I was sent a link to fill out a survey. Getting through to a human human being is Mission impossible. If you run out of medication, and your doctor is out of town/on vacation, you are S O L until they come back. They don’t have anyone to back up their health practitioners.

This clinic does not follow up on anything. The main dr is great but you don’t get to see him only the first time. Any adjustments needed are not done and haven’t been done even when we call to follow up which we shouldn’t have to do.

Dr Al and his team have made my condition worse. I’m currently looking for a new doctor to treat my sleep apnea since this place has almost killed me. I’ve been leaving messages begging for help. No response. They send my prescription to alpine medical and after 5 weeks I still don’t have nasal pillow attachments. So they sent the prescription to Lincare.
