Lady on the phone told me 1:30 when it was at 1:15. I show up at 1:30 sharp after driving 30 minutes to my appointment and they tell me that I am a no show and I have to reschedule. What a ridiculous practice. Even if they told me the right time 15 minutes seems a bit aggressive to make someone reschedule. Very very disappointed in this practice. I will not be seen here again and I do not recommend them at all. Their waiting room was packed as a side note.

Worst provider we’ve ever encountered is Shawn Hill PA. He showed no compassion or urgency for my dad’s condition and allowed him to spend the entire weekend taking medications he knew weren’t necessary. When we asked for help, he dismissed us and said he “works at an outpatient clinic pace,” and if we wanted faster answers, we should go to the hospital. Completely unprofessional and careless. Patients deserve better than this.

If you are looking for Sleep Disorder care go somewhere else. This is the worst office I have every worked with, and that's saying something because I'm a very sickly person, have over 60 active diagnosis at the time of this writing, and so I see a lot of doctors. I hate going to the doctor. I am agoraphobic and have severe PTSD. I came in today for a pulmonary test that I'd been dreading. The person who administered it was a handsome young man named Samuel who was so kind and calming and gentle. It went as well as it could have gone, and I felt as comfortable as I am able. Very good work.
