PA Wilcox was kind, understanding and gentle with the cortisone shots. We found a common ground of the NHL, and he was a pleasure to talk to about that!! The staff i interacted with was also very kind. Highly recommend.... truly miss Dr Slater, he set the bar high. PA Wilcox is right up there.

We are disappointed with our experience. My husband was seen by Dr. Richie for significant shoulder pain, and the only action taken during that appointment was a recommendation for an MRI. After completing the MRI, we went over a week without follow-up from the clinic. When I reached out for results and a treatment plan, I was told we would need to pay for another appointment to review them. I have been in the office waiting to see the Dr for 55 min now. At one point they tried to give me an xray, which I didn’t need and explained to the woman when initially booking the apt. An xray won’t catch the stress fracture, have to get an mri, already been through all this which are in their notes I would think. This apt was just supposed to clear me for my regular activity and frankly was a waste of time but they wouldn’t refer me to get the follow up mri without a dr apt. Which again, is a waste of time. I found out after that I was tested and treated for something I didnt even have. No apology. Still had to pay. Would give negative stars if I could.
