I’ve never left a bad review for anything, but I think that people deserve to know that their money will be wasted here. I had my sports injury looked at by Dr. Wells and he set me up for an X-ray and MRI. It was expensive but I was looking forward to being able to get a diagnosis. When I came for my second appointment, they had me wait for 2 1/2 hours past the scheduled time, and when Dr. Wells finally came in the room all he did was pull up the MRI and say he didn’t know. UPDATING MY REVIEW TO SAY I WAS SEEN IN THE ER FOR INFECTION AND THE WAY THE DRESSING WAS. Sanderson said in my operative report he put a splint there for healing. Once the er undressed the wound there was no splint. The doctor was absolutely disappointed with how this was handled. Kendra has been amazing with me. She took the time to answer my questions and explained everything and guided me the correct way through surgery and healing. Dr. Sanderson on the other hand performed the surgery. Seriously tweaked my knee and was in pain. I saw Kendra who was very thorough and took the time to explain everything. She gave me options and one was an injection which she performed perfectly. It helped a lot along with other options I needed. So grateful for her!
Dr . Ryan Slater is amazing , he was very patient with me asking him a million questions, I felt barely any pain in the procedure and he was so gentle, he has helped me in the past with the other knee , He is my favorite, he did not rush me out and I love that he takes the time to make sure his patients are taken care off.I highly recommend him.
This was one of the worst doctor visits I’ve ever experienced in my life. I was continually told that they will not help me because of my weight. When I tried to explain that my weight is due to medical conditions, and that I have a Dr I work with for my weight issue, I was given the name of another Dr to help me lose weight, which made me feel completely unheard.
