I've had blood drawn here twice and both times were very pleasant experiences. I have REALLY small veins and I bruise easily, and each time the phlebotomist helping me was happy to accommodate my concerns. They were extremely sweet and professional.
Amber was outstanding. Helpful, patient and knowledgable. She was also kind and caring. Thanks for the excellent service.
Worst place ever super slow and non attentive if you can go somewhere else then I would definitely go elsewhere
Recently I took my daughter in, who has an unknown debilitating illness, for 4 different tests on one day. The phlebotomist that day was so good with drawing blood that my daughter didn’t even flinch. I was happy about that. But the problem was that they failed to do 3 of the 4 tests correctly. I waited anxiously, calling multiple times for results for 2.5 weeks, only for them to finally tell me that 3 out of the 4 tests they ran were invalid.
