Recently I took my daughter in, who has an unknown debilitating illness, for 4 different tests on one day. The phlebotomist that day was so good with drawing blood that my daughter didn’t even flinch. I was happy about that. But the problem was that they failed to do 3 of the 4 tests correctly. I waited anxiously, calling multiple times for results for 2.5 weeks, only for them to finally tell me that 3 out of the 4 tests they ran were invalid. Today I had a very unsatisfactory experience at the Revere lab on 500 West in Provo. The lab ordered required a time sensitive, early morning draw. This was discussed with the receptionist who told me someone would be right out to get me. I then waited more than 20 minutes before a phlebotomist called my name. Only two other individuals were taken back to have their lab drawn during the time I waited despite additional phlebotomists standing around talking while I waited. Michelle was amazing. Experienced and professional and precise. She also had a kind aura to ease my anxiety while getting my blood drawn. The receptionists were also very nice and friendly as well.
