Imaging Center, July 2025. Worst experience ever at a medical facility. Check in was fine. The young lady tech who took me back for prep had zero personality. The saline that she injected to clear my iv line had things floating in it. The small changing areas have no seats and we saw one older man nearly fall down. Staff couldn't find a clean gown large enough for one lady. The inner waiting area was crowded with patients sitting shoulder to shoulder. I went to do a Fibrol Scan in the first week of January 2021. The nurse that did the fibrol scan was touching her uncovered nose all the time, then touching her eyes. I had to take my kids with me afraid to get COVID. Today 01/18/2021 the nurse called me to say that they LOST my exam and that I have to come back there AGAIN to do it.
