Jay is amazing! We came in to have my teenage son's toenail removed (ingrown toenails are the worst). Jay spent the time to explain to my son everything he was going to do, before he did it. When my son had questions Jay patiently answered them. We had a couple of complications after returning home and when I called the clinic they immediately had me bring my son back in and Jay was apologetic; he found the problem, fixed the issue, and sent us home with product to help with the healing. All of the providers are great with my entire family. Quick and friendly.
I wish I could remember the name of the Dr that we saw. He saw my brand new infant, because I had some concerns about her breathing. He noticed that we were uninsured, and realizing that we just had a baby, asked how much we could afford. When I said that I would likely need to be making payments since the visit was going to be over $100, he worked with me and said that if we could pay a certain amount that night, that's all he would charge. The doctor was an hour late for a no show. Then the phlabotomist couldn't draw my blood and I had to go to the other clinic anyways.
Excellent service. My 6-year-old son sliced his forehead open at a church party on the door latch plate that sticks out from the door frame (crazy, right?!). Anyway, this happened about 6:20pm. We checked into the clinic around 6:30pm. He ended up receiving 11 stitches (3 inside & 8 outside). We were completely done by 7:30pm. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and terrific with our scared son who was traumatized by having blood pour out of his forehead. The doctor did a fantastic job on the stitches.
