I went in for a check up and a very sore arm, not sure why my arm hurt, but from the moment I walked in and all the follow up calls , the staff made me feel like I was looking for drugs or something! Most of their remarks were, well we can refer you to an orthopedic doctor that does non medical procedure and crap like that! Never once did I say I need drugs I just wanted to find the solution to my incredible sire shoulder! Not a happy camper with the staff and how they handled me each call !
RecommendedDr. Embley is awesome. He was great with my 4 year old. I liked how I got reminders in text and email. His staff is kind and gets the job done. They are also very considerate of your financial situation which I appreciated. They don’t even charge urgent care prices for their walk-in clinic. Definitely says something about who they are and what they stand for.
Very nice dr’s and lesion well and didn’t have to wait long at all
I had a sudden illness and really just wanted to get in and out of the doctor’s office so I could head back to bed. That’s exactly what happened. In and out and by the time I arrived at Smith’s pharmacy my prescription was ready. I grabbed some sprite and popsicles while I was there and headed back home. Round trip was an hour and a half, not the full morning I thought it was going to be
the employees care about you, how you are feeling and what you need.
Hands down one of the best clinics i have been too. They take the time to listen to you. They dont just brush you aside. Lou is absolutely amazing!
