I always forget how much I dislike the provo location. I live in Provo and always drive to literally any other location.
30+ minutes late for every appointment, also took 3 different nurses to do a standard blood draw lol they be hiring people off the street
All of my kids and I have been seeing Dr. Harrison and her providers for about 8 years now. The first 4 years were great but within the last 4 years, it has been hard to get in to see any providers in a timely manner due to limited providers and extremely long wait times. If I needed and wanted to see a provider sooner, it will be 2-3 weeks out. They would recommend just going to their urgent care which I would. I called my insurance before going to this office to make sure the provider was covered. Revere switched the provider for my appointment and billed me $300 to meet with a doctor for 15 minutes to keep taking a prescription I’ve been on for you years. What’s better, that provider left and because they didn’t take notes like they should have, now I can’t get the prescription again until i come in again and pay another $300 for a useless appointment. Very disappointing.
