I do love that they have a texting system to scheduled appointments . It is very helpful for those that it easier to text to schedule an appt. I was really impressed with Aubrey Ford today. I had my yearly check up and she was very thorough and even took the time to send me a message about some levels to concerned about . I was grateful for that , it was extra motivating to improve my health( which I know I need to do) . I have never had doctor message me to tell me my that . I will go back to her

My husband and I have had numerous bad experiences and the communication between clinic and patient has been terrible. These errors have cost us a lot of money and now I'm trying to fight a bill that was supposed to already have been worked out. I do not recommend until they can get better training for staff.

Absolutely appalling service. I received physical therapy at Revere Health, and despite months of appointments, neither the surgeon nor the physical therapist could identify what was wrong with my knee. I am still dealing with ongoing knee problems months after surgery, which speaks volumes about the quality of care provided. To make matters worse, Revere Health has been completely incapable of processing my insurance claim correctly. I dont understand the poor reviews. Ive been a patient for 5 years. Obviously people click with some providers more than others, and some providers are better than others, but I’ve genuinely had good experiences with everyone I’ve worked with. I also appreciate that so many services are right there under the same roof.
