Absolutely terrible staff I had a referral for a visit sent out feb 6th now it is march 18th I’ve called them about 15 times trying to figure out how to get this all resolved and get an appointment and they’re unwilling to do anything I faxed information from my insurance to them I’ve been extremely diligent in trying to make sure that my healthcare is being taken care of and the last four times that I’ve called. Their answering service was quite rude. I was having problems with the device they gave me. When I told them about the problems I was having the person I was talking to hung up on me. I wouldn’t recommend going there. They are not helpful at all.
Hailey was such a disappointment, she had not read my file, our entire visit consisted of her reading Dr. Craguns notes, and making assumptions. I will not be going back. Each patient deserves to have an informed visit with the Doctor.
Waited an hour and a half for Dr.Wang just for my grandparents to be seen. That’s the longest wait I’ve experienced. I would never recommend coming at the time that they tell you because your just going to have to wait another hour anyway.
