I am a veteran, using community care to visit this clinic. They incorrectly charged the wrong insurance, and now are billing me. I have called to resolve multiple times. They refuse to call the VA themselves, and the VA has reached out and tried to resolve it. I was told that it was resolved, but I just got a notification today that I am being sent to collections. I was told the skin prick test was 300 and the office visit was between 150 and 200. I just received a bill for 1,118 dollars for only those things we agreed upon. And I am pissed. They don't answer the phone, they don't call you back, horrible business practice. I have been trying to reach the front desk for 3 days. It just says oh we are busy... call us back... but no one ever answers, there's no way to leave a message.
