Provider spent maybe 5 minutes with my wife and I. I would not recommend going to this clinic to anyone if you want to actually talk to your provider and have them give you useful feedback about your allergies.
They use dry erase markers which are toxic to mark your back and they don’t come off with soap as they direct you. You have to scrub aggressively a long time with rubbing alcohol. I suggested they use washable non-toxic markers which I know are available and are for the skin. It took a long time for the doctor to come back to discuss the allergy test with us. The rooms are cold and when your shirt is off for the testing it is uncomfortable. The email address you provided is invalid.
I had a good experience while I was there but I’ve been calling to get a follow up for the past three months and there’s not even an option to leave a message and they never pick up.
My mom took my son to an appointment, they turned them away, even though I had a notarized consent for her to take him in and make medical decisions. I would suggest going anywhere else. It was a waist of time. 45+ minutes up and back to not be seen. When I called to schedule I had even told them it would be my mom bringing him. They said that was fine. Nope.
Amazing experience. The doctor listened carefully to me explain all my allergy experiences and symptoms before making any diagnoses, and then explained what he thought and what tests would help him to be more sure. He answered all my questions patiently, clearly, and kindly. The staff was so kind and pleasant, and even had me schedule a follow up appointment while I was waiting for the doctor, saving me time on the way out. I have had some frustrating doctor experiences but this was not one of them!
