Nothing bad to say I moved into these apartments in September of 2020 without personally touring the complex let alone the apartment unit itself. The pictures were exactly as shown online. The staff is Amazing, and the property manager Kevin is just so nice and awesome to work with and talk to! Although my time was short at the complex, for my own personal reason I had to relocate. Questionable business ethics Got approved . Made plans then told a week later I wasn’t approved. They said “ I apologize for the inconvience” I had shut the door on two other places and you just told me I don’t have a place to bring my family. That’s not just a inconvience, that’s just disheartening. How cold can someone be?
Poorly managed I live at Revere at Hidden Creek in Gallatin, TN. I have had a window unit in my brand new apartment for 7 months! There is no air flow to my bedroom. There is no repair in place, just a unit as a simple fix. They are still building this floor plan, knowing there is a major problem with construction. Every apartment with this floor plan has the same problem. Now I have no heat for the winter! This property is very poorly managed. Do not move here. I am leaving as soon as possible. Great Experience! Great Personnel After looking at apartments for over 2 days we came to Revere! The staff there made the difference! Jennifer and Alexa made us feel at home before we even looked at one of the apartments. We will be moving there and please let whomever is in charge that it is because of the staff and how they made us feel welcome and at home!! Thank you Dinah
