Lack-luster experience at the Reverb in Downtown Atlanta: (EDIT: Support has responded to review.) Where to begin? First, I'll give them this: The location is great! There's a lot of potential for this space. Being close to our concert made things a lot easier for us in terms of parking, walking, etc. Upon arriving around 1:50/2:00 after I had booked early check-in, we were told no rooms were available. This is the 2nd time I've stayed here. Both times, we stayed because we were attending an event at the State Farm Arena. The Reverb makes it so easy: lodging, parking, and two places to eat. Both times we've gone, we've ended up not leaving because we can park our cars there, and walk anywhere we need to or just stay on property. It's clean, the staff is friendly (a little hurried over the phone), and the vibes and convenience are great. Location is so close to the concert venues here in Atlanta! 10 minute walk each way and felt safe the entire time. Beautiful rooms matched with great hospitality from the staff. Thank you for a great stay!

Very nice clean hotel. Kinda pricey. $55 per night for guess parking. $400 for incidentals A charge to turn on the tiny refrigerator. If they’re having a party on the rooftop, sometimes it’s a hassle to get to your room. There was one staff member that I came across every day and she was an amazing!!!!! Kenya “Monica”😍 she was a sweetheart very polite and professional.
