Instead of all the hi-tech (check in, QR-codes and in room) the hotel should focus on making it easier / more comfortable for visitors. Bedside table, toilette brush, shoehorn, microwave and fridge in room. And don't say early check-in is guaranteed, on booking conformation, when It's clearly not. Location very good. Room and bed good

My recent stay at the Reverb Hotel was overall very pleasant. The rooms were modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. What truly made my experience memorable was the exceptional service I received from Adria. We encountered a small issue with our room, and Adria immediately stepped in with professionalism and care. She not only explained our options clearly, but also personally ensured the problem would be addressed. Hi! I recently stayed there and, although I have no reason to come back to Atlanta, I may just to stay at your hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff was the best from anywhere I have traveled worldwide. I’d especially like to shout out to Kevin, Candace, Mike and, especially Adria!

I travel A LOT and have experienced many different hotels in the U.S. and internationally. With that being said this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in and the only thing this hotel has going for itself is the location. THAT IS IT. I do plan to contact the property to express my concerns and hopefully receive a partial refund but would not recommend anyone stay here with all the other options around Downtown ATL... 1.
