My experience was one of sheer horror . They chest and they lie snd they give misinformation. They (staff) are either just not knowledgeable are intentionally misleading in there buisness practices , I have very hard time comprehending cashiers blantant and nefarious disposition . When did a customer not have the right too question information thst was being given . However when facts and logic challenged their unsound premise. I remember my daughter liking a book in there when she was maybe 11. Now 18. The cashier just gave it to her (and she has never forgotten it.) We usually shop there before Christmas for fun jewelry for her friends. Great people. Great cause!
