I bought a cut and highlight deal from groupon and scheduled my appointment 2 weeks in advance. I got to the salon and the stylist was still with a client. When she was finally done she told me that I was only scheduled for a hair cut and she had another appointment in 30 mins and would not be able to accomodate me. As someone who does not have a lot of free time I was very disappointed that I had to wait so long to get in and then refused service for something I had already paid for. The management is serious lacking. The front desk is always manned by rude, unsmiling people. This is not a fancy salon, yet management has a very snobby attitude. I would not recommend anyone go there.
