Worked with Doug McCarthy and he was grea! We were able to find a house that we loved the first day Doug took us out to look. He put our offer in that day and we closed it less then a month. Anytime I had a question he was very quick to respond. We made a few changes to the COE date that he was on top of. The paperwork for my changes were done within a few hrs and ready for us to sign. Would definitely recommend Doug to anyone and will use him for our next house as well.
We hired Merrill Jencks as our realtor to sell our home in Chandler. He has no communication skills. After we finally got a buyer he disappeared. I even had to ask him When to get the movers. He did not provide a timeline as to what we should do and when. There was also a terrible incident on day of closing which could have been prevented if he was there for us. I would go with someone with much better communication skills. We had a terrible experience with this realtor

I had my first service call today since I have been in my unit. I was told by the property manager that I need to contact the landlord if I was unhappy about the time it is taking to fix my hot water heater(3 days) ... He contacted me and within 30 seconds he began cursing at me and told me to pack my $**t and move out ... I made a request to my property manager to no longer have the landlord contact me and all communication go through her.
