This office is very professional and welcoming! They treat everyone like family. Dr. Chad's ability is excellent! He has been able to help our family in our pursuit of health! Our kids also love to be adjusted and get their "Power On!"
Dr. Chad is a miracle worker! Pain from a messed up epidural is what brought me in to the office. I can honestly say that after a few months of getting adjusted that the pain was completely gone and I was no longer dependant on pain meds to make it through the day. Dr. Chad has been absolutely amazing in helping me with my back. I have always had mild to moderate back problems and one of my friend's referred me to Dr. Chad and I'm so glad she did! Ever since I have been going to see the Revelation team, my back problems have improved drastically! I can't thank the Revelation Chiro team enough!

Dr. Chad has been a godsend! after a rib injury from getting bucked off my horse and feeling like everything was wrong and screwed up in my body, he has done wonders for me! I feel even better than before the injury. not to mention anytime I have a question about a muscle or something else bothering me, he shares his knowledge and gives me exercises to do. Love the Revelation Chiro team!
I only wish there was 10 stars I could give Dr. chad and his office. This place has been a totally miracle to me and my family. He's worked on my newborn all the way to my 93 year old grandmother. Thanks!
