I don’t even want to get into the entire process we went through just to move into our new build. But the warranty department?! Absolutely horrible. They don’t want to repair or fix anything after you spend 850k on a home. The gal that I won’t name but would love to that runs the warranty department, is useless! Worst customer care

I would have given a much higher rating except for toll brother warranty department. Toll brother used to be keller homes and they absorbed all of keller employees. Sales staff and some others are great. We however had a terrible expetiance specifically with stacey in their warranty department. In facet many of our neighbors had similar experiances and even requested to not work with her due to her rude extremely unprofessional customer service and inadequate documentation.
