Me and my Husband celebrated our Anniversary there on the 20th of July, and it couldn't of been better. Great Staff, American Cut was GREAT! And now that they have reversed their smoking policy, this is the ONLY casino we will gamble or stay at in Atlantic City. Very Upscale and trendy, and the comps I get are excellent!
I've been trying to make reservations for 4 days and no still can't get a live body to take my reservation. Is there only one customer service agent. Unbelievable. No wonder u losing money.
I stayed at the Revel for my anniversary weekend. I took my wife to LUGO for our special night. When I booked the table I asked that it be private. It wasn’t! We basically sat on top of another couple, all the while an empty table was directly behind us. Then the waitress brought us a surprise dessert for our anniversary "on her". It was added to our bill and she was nowhere to be found. Called Revel the next day and they did nothing! What a joke! Horrible experience! Borgata it is!

It truly is a resort. You never have to leave. They were just opening when I stayed there so all the retail shops weren't open yet but it's definitely worth treating yourself.
