Visited during the opening weekend of Oceans resort and casino with family - ( 2 kids )check in time was about 30 minutes with rude staff- ( didn’t want to honor the quoted reservation rate in an obnoxiously rude manner). Rooms are spacious and updated with comfy beds. Half the stores and restaurants are closed. Pool is too small for the amount of guests - had difficulty finding chairs by the pool. NOT READY! Rooms were nice, although not very well cleaned. Half the restaurants are closed. Staff is rude and overwhelmed. Pool was over flowing with people and many were drunk. I seen a fight breaking out and the response time for security was laughable. A place like this should have security by the pool. The restaurant by the pool was not serving food until 5 pm and even then they were not sure as they had food supply issues. That means the only way to get food by the pool was to go around to the casino a 15 minute walk.
Oceans Resort and Casino is an absolutely beautiful place. Breathtaking views everywhere you look. Staff were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Also, they were impeccably dressed and well groomed; looked sharp !!! I will return, for certain .
Well it’s now the Ocean resort. It’s as beautiful as I remember it! We will definitely go back! Rugs were a bit dirty but understandable as it was opening weekend and the crowds were overwhelming! Lines were out of control I heard computers were out. This needs to be worked into a plan fir future reference as to what can go wrong!
Love the new Ocean Resort! Inside looks awesome. Ate at 500 club everyone was so nice & very friendly!! Took time to get our cards but everyone was nice & it ran smoothly. Will definitely be back soon.
Nice, but exclusive and expensive. Closed now.
