lovely yoga studio to gather and relax. blessed to be apart of such a high spirited community and to teach and learn XOXO
I started going here almost two years ago, I knew nothing about yoga, but they've done a great job getting me to come back week after week. As someone with bad knees I was worried it'd be too much strain for me to handle, but they've taught me variations to work with my injuries. They have a large range of class time which is great, the instructors are all fantastic and extremely helpful with newcomers. Come in for a class! I can't recommend this place enough.
I'm just starting out with yoga. I'm using the 30 days for $30 promotion and it's been a great way to try out all the different classes/teachers to find the best fit for me. The studio is clean, has adequate parking and they provide mats, blocks and blankets for you to borrow as needed. I will definitely be renewing my membership at the end of the month!
