Get a great workout and have fun at the same time. Our experienced instructors can get you in excellent shape and challenge you to take it to the next level in your practice. We have a great schedule of yoga classes- beginning to advanced, and specialty classes such as pre/post natal yoga and restore and rejuvinate. Additionally, we have workshops and a boutique area full of high quality yoga equipment and clothing. Our downtown location is beautiful and just steps away from The Historic Mission Inn.

I love going to my prenatal yoga class. It’s a good workout but they make sure I’m doing safe comfortable positions for myself and baby. It’s nice to be surrounded by a bunch of pregnant mamas in a room. Great atmosphere. Very clean.
Small , personal studio, quite and humble , cool temperature. Love every single instructor , I have been everyday for the last 7 days , and will continue every day ... I need this place like I need water . I come from Redlands and the drive is so worth it , I’m excited every morning. Namaste �
I love it, today was my second time doing yoga ever. Can’t wait to go back again!!!!
