Super bad experience! The appointment time was wrong, my scan need 1 hour but my scheduler totally messed up this. 1. She scheduled me to the San Jose site when there is Mountain View site appointment available and make me drive 3 hours back and forth! 2. The operator refused to scan me because she think I’m sick. I explicitly told her that I’m not sick, but she just doesn’t believe me! She must have some discrimination or just lazy!
The front desk lady is very very nice. She greeted me when I came in and said hello. They are always asking if you’re OK. The building and bathroom are very clean. Definitely refer somebody here.
