Went in for an appointment and heard no response for 2 weeks. Upon following up, we were gaslit (gas lighted?) about receiving follow up communication. The team here seems to spend a lot more energy covering up their tracks than with the actual ring purchasing experience.
DO NOT COME HERE. If I had known this is where my fiancé was planning to take me, I would’ve honestly cancelled just based on the unprofessional review responses alone (seen here). My fiancé Jake booked several appointments for us up in this area all in the same day since we were coming from out of town. The first one was Reve with Emily. Said they would follow up with me in a couple days with some diamond options and to see if they could find the setting I liked available for shipping from another location for viewing.
