If you're looking for something outside the norm of your big box retailer at a reasonable price, this is your one stop. Diana was super helpful from the beginning of our conversation and kept me updated on the status throughout the process and was very responsive. I appreciate the detail, quality and extra effort put into making this possible!
Went in for an appointment and heard no response for 2 weeks. Upon following up, we were gaslit (gas lighted?) about receiving follow up communication. The team here seems to spend a lot more energy covering up their tracks than with the actual ring purchasing experience.
DO NOT COME HERE. If I had known this is where my fiancé was planning to take me, I would’ve honestly cancelled just based on the unprofessional review responses alone (seen here). My partner and I had an initial consultation a few weeks ago. Said they would follow up with me in a couple days with some diamond options and to see if they could find the setting I liked available for shipping from another location for viewing. Haven’t heard back at all with any updates and followed up last week through their site with still no communication from them.
