I had a great experience with Reve Diamonds. Diana made everything super easy from the start and was really helpful throughout the whole process. I needed a custom diamond ring on a tight timeline, only about a week and a half, and they still got it done without any issues. Communication was smooth, and she was always friendly and responsive. Overall, really solid service and I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a custom piece done right and on time.
If you're looking for something outside the norm of your big box retailer at a reasonable price, this is your one stop. Diana was super helpful from the beginning of our conversation and kept me updated on the status throughout the process and was very responsive. I appreciate the detail, quality and extra effort put into making this possible!
Went in for an appointment and heard no response for 2 weeks. Upon following up, we were gaslit (gas lighted?) about receiving follow up communication. The team here seems to spend a lot more energy covering up their tracks than with the actual ring purchasing experience.
DO NOT COME HERE. If I had known this is where my fiancé was planning to take me, I would’ve honestly cancelled just based on the unprofessional review responses alone (seen here).
