First installer sucked, he ran the camera cord straight out of the wall of my living room to outside and ran it straight up the brick wall outside, it was so tacky, and loose. Second installer was great, fixed everything perfect the other guy messed up, only problem is he left my gate open when he left and my $4,000 dog got out. Luckily I was able to track him down, but I was stressed by that point, to much to lose over an alarm. Cadence was awesome! He was really understanding and answered all of our questions.
If there was zero star option it would be zero. Absolutely terrible company. Lied to me in person. When calling for help they will not assist. This is the worst company for security.
