Wonderful environment ❤️
Sabrina’s the best stylist in the city. You don’t mind waiting when you know you’re gonna come out looking and feeling great. Just pull out the mattress for me because I’ll take a nap while I wait… lol! She’s just that good!!!
My appt was for 12/7 @2pm. Arrived @1:56pm and told Ashley I was out front. Still no one came to open the door for 10 minutes. I called again at 2:06 to let her know I was still standing outside a locked door. She lets me in and tells me I can wait in the lobby and proceeds downstairs where she does hair. Extremely unprofessional environment. No greeting, long wait times, patrons eating, kids running around, and no one in the salon including clients wore masks considering COVID regulations. I am disappointed and would not recommend this salon considering the price point.
