The staff there is very kind and knowledgeable. Trying to narrow down my options for Oxford next year and the Rev staff left me with a great first impression.
New update: Unprofessional. I was told that the Rev at Oxford has 24 hour emergency maintenance. Unfortunately, when I got locked out of my apartment after hours, no one answered. I had no where to go. Additionally, there is rarely anyone on-site at the Rev at 1903 to ensure that the premises are safe for residents. Highly disappointed that I pay a good amount in total costs each month for the apartment, but yet, I receive slumlord service from the property management. The new manager, along with her staff, Heavenly, Desaray, and Jawan, and the entire maintenance crew have worked diligently to revive this property and bring it up to par. We have been a part of this community since 2019 and appreciate your efforts to improve the quality of living in this community.
