Emily is fabulous; Barb too. Decades ago my mom and her friends began purchasing their baubles from Reuven Gitter. Styles change and I wouldn't have worn what I inherited. So I headed to RG. Emily worked with me to create rings and earrings the were much more to my taste and that I would enjoy wearing. I love knowing that mom's diamonds are with me and that there's a story to my pieces.
When my now fiancé and I were looking to create a ring that spoke to both of us, Jordan was insanely helpful! He helped us realize what our perfect ring was. I am so happy with the ring and my fiancé said the customer service and interactions with Jordan were phenomenal. Would strongly recommend!!
Buying an engagement ring can be emotionally (and financially) overwhelming. But, Jordan quickly calmed me down and made the entire experience a pleasure. I did a good amount of research before I walked through their door, and didn't find anything that compared to the quality stones they offered for the price. I had very little jewelry shopping experience before I got linked up with Reuven Gitter while shopping for an engagement ring for my now wife. The whole process was seamless and Emily (who is the greatest, by the way) was able to explain the process, assist select a stone, then design the perfect ring. My wife and I ended back there for our wedding bands and again the process was seamless. If you are looking for great customer service and a quality product, check them out. I know they've made a customer for life in me.
