Very bad communication. Do not recommend. Doctor does not care.
I had a very frustrating experience with this office. Communication was extremely difficult — calls often went unanswered, and it was hard to get timely responses when I needed help. This made scheduling and follow-ups more stressful than they should have been. Overall, I did not feel supported as a patient and would not recommend this practice based on my experience.
I can’t say enough good things about this office. The staff is kind, patient, and genuinely care. The wait can be long at times, but it’s worth it because they truly spend time with you and make sure every question is answered. Shout out to Edgar and Andrea, who are attentive, knowledgeable, and always go above and beyond! ❤️
