They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to Monmouth Medical Center. I was a little disappointed with how uninviting the examining rooms were. The building is very old and a tiny bit frightening to my child upon entry, but once inside, the staff and the interesting fish tank helped put her at ease. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
