Don’t ask them what qualifies as proof of guardianship, they’ll lie and say what you have works just to say never mind once you’ve drive the 2 hours to get here. “We have strict rules” but don’t know what qualifies as breaking them until you show up

we absolutely love Dr Edelstein and the nurses but the receptionist that checks children in with short curly hair watch out for her she has the nastiest attitude we have dealt with in years and it wasnt just us she had an attitude towards either.
Never can reach someone to schedule appointments! You have to leave message then wait. As of now it was 24 hours ago I left message and just called and left another. This always is the case yet I have never been in waiting room with more than 1 other person. I just don’t understand!
Our experience was great. The doctor, actually took time, and just sat there with us and talked to us. Listened to us. These times, you go to your family doctor and your there for literally 15 minutes and it costs you $232.00. Sometimes, it's nice to have a doctor listen to you, and talk to you.
