If you purchase a home from these folks know there is 1 YEAR warranty ONLY! Everyone in my neighborhood has poorly installed stucco. We all have to pay out of pocket to restore our homes. The stucco was IMPROPERLY installed in the first place! Very disappointing.... stucco should last a lot longer than 4 years!
All of these reviews didn't apply to us. We we're a bit weary because of these reviews but we honestly didn't run into any of the issues mentioned. Granted, we haven't put in any warranty claims, but everything else mentioned went flawlessly with us! Beautiful homes! I think maybe some of these reviews are from people who didn't voice their concerns until too late. A lot of homes are being built right now and every home builder right now has a back log.. I seen Grant on the news, It is pretty bad when he will not talk to the reporter. What does he have to hide? Sounds like he takes advantage of his customers. I would not build a home with this company.
I have no words for how bad Grant is to deal with. If you ignore all these bad reviews and buy a house from Reunion, do NOT close until they are 100% complete. We closed two years ago and they still haven't come to finish the issues that we identified on our final walk-through.
