Beware the rats in and out of the garage during cold weather. We've had to take our car in for rat damage repair a couple times this past winter. Mgmt had claimed no responsibility.
Very noisy community! Office staff don't care and don't treat residents well at all.
Wait for this management company to get the boot. The property manager has been nothing but rude and unprofessional. I was considering upgrading to a larger apartment in the next month or so. Not now.
Girls in the office are awesome! But don't bother asking maintenance to fix something. I've had a broken microwave for 3 months, and cucarachas everywhere! Is my lease over yet? :(
The front gate here sucks ass. Always breaks & management is horrible about response time always. People get stuck outside for hours and sometimes have to park by nearby businesses. Wtf sonora.
Repair service is not as great as some would like to make you think. Slamming my glass sliding door repeatedly will def fix it. Yup.
