Dr Gobezie was awesome with my shoulder surgery. I felt like I was in the best hands!
After seeing several surgeons for an older shoulder injury, I was referred to Dr. Gobezie. It was the first time I felt truly comfortable about a surgical decision for a repair. He repaired my rotator cuff tear, biceps tendon tear, and frozen shoulder. I had confidence in his methods and went from having years of pain day and night with little sleep to being pain free within weeks. At 12 weeks I was able to do yoga and all my typical activities with no discomfort. You’re the best, Dr. G!
Although Dr Gobezie is highly educated, and has good hands, the cohesion of the entire practice, as a business, is severely lacking. Failure.to properly send testing orders, failure to obtain test results, and failure to interpret and inform patient of results, over the course of weeks. A practice cannot function completely on a Dr's perceived reputation alone. It also takes team execution of all the steps involved to provide sustained treatment in a timely manner. They need to try harder
Met with 5 surgeons prior to making a decision about my shoulder surgery. Dr. Gobezie was the only one who confidently explained what I needed (reverse shoulder replacement) and why. I went from not being able to use my right arm to put my car in gear to catching 30lb king salmon 8 weeks after surgery! He is THE BEST!!
I fell about a year ago and destroyed my rotator cuff. My previous orthopedic surgeon told me that I wouldn't need surgery however he couldn't help me. I knew there had to be something that could be done and that I wasn't the only person who has ever suffered the same injury. I contacted Dr. Gobezie and he thoroughly examined me and suggested that I have Bicep Tendodesis surgery. After recovery I've had about 90% usage with no pain. I highly recommend Dr. Gobezie for any shoulder treatment.
Of the several ortho doctors I consulted with pertaining to my shoulder injury , Dr Gobezie was the only one I felt comfortable with and trusted. I certainly made the right choice and believe he is not only a wonderful compassionate physician,but also the absolute best surgeon I could have found. I trust his judgment and would highly recommend him..
Dr. Gobezie is one of the best, if not the best, doctors I have ever seen. He is understanding, compassionate, and sensitive to the patient. His staff are also friendly and helpful.
I had a biceps surgery an he performed it an before that I had a rotator cuff surgery he didnt perform that on but I still had problems an he got me together an I like how he is so detailed about his work
Ask other patients who have experienced a surgery here and the follow up care. Do your research and ask many questions. Dr. Gobezie did my surgery and I will not go back based on my overall experience.
