We have had our teardrop since 2013. It is still in excellent condition. No problems with it. Made very well, and has held up wonderfully. Thanks retro ride for making a great product.

Terrible customer service, unprofessional and unhelpful. I purchased a teardrop camper from them in April 2021. We used it once and the second time we tried to use it, the wiring harness stopped working. I called just to try to see what my options were (expecting them to tell me whether this is a common issue, what specific one they used, etc.). Instead I was met with defensive shouting and sarcasm, and they told me to take it somewhere and have it fixed. Not even the slightest bit of help, and a very upsetting phone call. T... read more
I own a RetroRide second-hand. When I called to inquire about fixing a problem with the rear hatch, I was treated incredibly rudely. The guy wouldn't let me speak without yelling over me, and then hung up on me (twice!). I had thought this company stood by its craftsmanship, but this claim is questionable. I couldn't even get a word in edgewise to ask about having air conditioning installed, a service they advertise on their webpage.
