This is the third visit since starting with Mod Maids. So far I am beyond pleased not only w their conscientious work and efficiency, the communication with the leadership is exceptional. I am hoping the consistency, attention to detail, and respect for the client relationship is long term. I certainly haven’t been this satisfied in the past w individuals or cleaning companies.
My Mod Maids team is the best! I've switched from Merry Maids because of careless, surface only cleaning. I'm so happy to have Mod Maids, I discover things that are so clean (trash can cover yesterday) that show me excellent attention to detail. Couldn't recommend them enough.
I used Modmaids for my mom’s house. She hadn’t cleaned in over a year due to health issues. Stacy Jo came in and did an amazing job with no judgement! Her attention to detail was incredible! Friendly and fun to boot! Highly recommend and will absolutely be using their services again!

This was a truly excellent cleaning experience. ModMaids went above and beyond to handle my last-minute needs and were extremely friendly and pleasant throughout the process. It was incredible how flexible and accommodating they were, and the apartment was spotless when they left.
