Old Lady at the front desk was rude AF. Told me i couldn't take a picture and share on social media bc their venders but little do they know that one description in a google search and you can find all those pointless trinkets off of ebay or amazon for half the price. Also learn how to greet your customers PROPERLY... Rather than only talk to them when you see them on their phone acting suspicious or whatever

Keeping a small retail business afloat is really hard. In February, we only have about 2 busy days and the evening your family came in was one of them. It was First Saturday and it was a very busy evening and the store was nearly at capacity. Your child was crying quite loudly, on an off, for 15 minutes and it was disturbing to the customers and some were complaining and starting to leave. My family walked into Retro - Metro tonight, 1st Saturday, interesting store. My husband and granddaughter were playing with the Scrabble board on display. One of the people working there came up to us and told us to put the files back in alphabetical order. Mind you, half the tiles weren't even there. We began to put the tiles back as requested and then we stopped. She was so unfriendly and lacking in customer service skills, we just left the store.
