Retro-Metro is my go to shop for everything birthdays. They have the funniest socks, magnets, signs and birthday cards. I love to spend time walking around the shop reading the funny little anecdotes on everything.
How did I miss this place all these years! Finally strolled into Retro-Metro in downtown Frederick and have now found my gift shop for life! Amazing & quirky selection of almost anything you can (and can't) think of from humorous socks to vintage signs. Also, the best selection of Maryland & Frederick souvenirs in the area. I'll be back soon and every time I need a great gift for anyone! They gave me a 10% Off card for next time just for joining their email list.
Used to love your store until I walked in the other day and saw a whole array of magnets and such disrespecting our sitting President! How pathetic! Talking about his small hands...how immature!! You didn't have anything in there disrespecting Nobama!!!! Will NEVER shop here again!!!

Love ALL the things �Found so many gr8 holiday gifts. New employee, a young guy, was super nice and eager to help. Shop here regularly for gifts and silly items (adult mad libs, socks w/quotes) but it really is most fun around the holidays.
