Been trying to call all morning, phones either don't work, you have the wrong number on the site, or you're just nor answering them....
I have been going to the gym for awhile and also received rude service. I'm sad to leave, but customer service is major in my book.

I have been working out here for a few years and it is perfect for my schedule and my needs. Has everything needed no BS.
Went into the gym to look around yesterday. Talked to the girl behind the counter and she had an attitude like I was bothering her. I'm not going to join this gym.

I would urge you to give us a 2nd try and come in for a free week trial pass before you rule us out. We have a very friendly staff generally and I deeply apologize you must have caught one on an off day. I'll also give you a free month membership out of curtesy for your bad experience if you decide to join.
It's in a great location. Instructors kick your butt and make you move it. Have met many great and interesting people.
