The cleanliness, staff and overall size. Not too big.
Good staff, clean and good workout equipment
I go to Lumberton all the time. Its one of the few gyms that still has real iron weights which is what I like. The staff has always been great and the equipment is good . Been there when it was at the other location on Rt 38.

Been going to retro since my high school days. Left a couple times but always end up coming back it’s home and I love it and the people here.
I’ve been to many Retros, one of the great things about my membership besides the awesome classes is it can be used at any Retro location. The Lumberton Retro I found to be extremely clean and nicer equipment than most there is a family friendly atmosphere and the members are always very helpful. When I’m in the area I definitely make it a point to work out at this location.

I would give this gym no stars. Worst gym ever. They have hidden fees like a sprint bill, or comcast. I was never informed of being charged 42 dollars for the upkeep of gym equipment. And the equipment is disgusting. Its always hot inside and smells horrible. I regret joining this gym and cant wait 4 my contract 2 b up. Horrible gym.
