Charlette, the step class instructor, is phenomenal! She is incredibly skilled in aerobics and dance, and her music selections always align perfectly with the energy and abilities of her students. She explains every technique thoroughly, making the choreography easy to follow while helping everyone improve. I always look forward to her classes on Monday and Thursday evenings. I’m extremely disappointed with how I was treated at the Retro Fitness location in East Stroudsburg. During a workout, I was filming my routine for personal progress tracking—something many fitness enthusiasts do. Terrible. Broken machines. Nobody can answer questions, never have manager available. Cleaning guy repeatedly walked in to women's locker room without asking if anyone's in there. Trying to terminate after a year was ridiculous. Just say no.
